As a Product Designer, my work involves designing end-to-end flows and features for three key initiatives: Device View and Amplify (Nexthink integration with ITSM tools)—data analytics products that help IT support teams gain deeper insights at the device level and in troubleshooting scenarios. And Spark, an AI agent that combines AI with real-time data to automatically diagnose and resolve IT issues directly with employees.

I focus on improving platform usability, the definition and design of new features and turning user research insights into tangible product improvements.

I continue to strengthen my UX design skills and have gained experience working closely with technical partners to refine designs while building MVPS and shaping the products iteratively until they're ready for full release.

As a Product Designer at Graphext, I collaborated with the Development and Business teams to enhance the no-code Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and Predictive Modeling tool, shaping the core analytics experience by co-developing the design system and leading the design of key features such as AI integration, chart builder, data integration, and predictive modeling.

I worked on improving the usability of the platform, streamlining workflows to speed up the design and development process, and translating user research findings into concrete product improvements.

I strengthened my UX and UI skills and gained a solid foundation in data visualization, learning to present complex data clearly for analytics products.
